I purchased tickets from Rose Travels, Kavalkinaru, for the sleeper coach to Velankanni. We were instructed to sit at a seat without a berth until Tutukudi after we boarded the vehicle. Following that, we were instructed to disembark from the vehicle and proceed in

The driver is the worst. The staff are the worst. I asked them to wait for 10 minutes, but they said take another bus and come. Bad experience on this bus. I have traveled on many buses, but this one is the worst. I am really upset with this bus.

Very bad service. I booked front seats U4, U5, and U6, but upon entering the bus, they gave me the last row U15, U16, and U17. No proper response. Worst travel experience.
